HELLO, AUGUST!

La Orilla Tapas and Specialty Cocktails has released new summer menu items! We can’t believe it’s already August and we’re looking forward to another slammin’ month of summer in Ogunquit.

What’s new on the menu? Lamb gyros with house-made sausage and garden kale, house-pulled mozzarella made to order with pressed watermelon and jamón serrano, and a new blue fin tuna crudo with harissa that is perfect for 90-degree days. Check out the sample menu to see new dishes and house staples:

If you haven’t been to our little corner of Vacationland yet, we can’t wait to meet you! La Orilla is owned and operated by siblings and Maine natives Matthew Haight (29) and Alexandra Haight (27). Executive Chef Matt creates his menus to highlight Spanish cuisine blended with Mediterranean and North African flavors. Alex, Director of Operations and Front of the House Manager, develops the wine and beverage program and leads the hospitality team.

We are in the thick of our fifth summer season in Ogunquit and loving every minute of it. We are beyond grateful for the guests that have become friends over the years, and the new faces we see every day. Summer will be over before we know it, we hope you are able to join us for tapas and cocktails by the beach!
